تهدف هذه  الورقة البحثية ، الى إبراز العلاقة بین أحدث المتغیرات،ألا و هما  الاقتصاد الرقمي واقتصاد المعرفة واللذان يتصفان بالسمة البارزة  على مستوى  اقتصادات الدول المتقدمة، محاولة منا تسليط الضوء حول انعكاسات الاقتصاد الرقمي على اقتصاد المعرفة في الدول الناميةمن حيث التبعيةوالشموليةولبلوغ هدف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي اعتمدنا من خلاله على الأدبيات و الدراسات الميدانية ذات العلاقة بموضوع هذه الورقة البحثية، التي مكنت نتائجها من إبراز  الدور الفعال للإقتصاد الرقمي الذي يلعبه في النهوض بإقتصاد المعرفة ، وبذلك تم التوصل إلى نتیجةأساسیة مفادها أن تبني المدخل المعرفي من خلال توفیر كل متطلبات ومقومات الإقتصاد الرقمي یساهم إلى حد بعید في تحقیق أبعاد اقتصاد المعرفة

Abstract:

This research paper aims to highlight the relationship between the latest variables, namely, the digital economy and the knowledge economy, which are characterized by a prominent feature at the level of the economies of developed countries. To achieve the aim of the study, the analytical descriptive approach was followed, through which we relied on the literature and field studies related to the subject of this research paper, the results of which made it possible to highlight the effective role of the digital economy that it plays in advancing the knowledge economy. Theknowledge entrance, by providing all the requirements and elements of the digital economy, contributes to a large extent in achieving the dimensions of the knowledge economy.
